Getting the documentation right is key to successful international trade and we will provide you with all you need to know regarding requirements for UK Customs, together with correct procedures at destination. A selection of some of the services we provide are detailed below.

Letters of Credit

Letters of Credit are used by many Companies to secure payment for their goods but can be complicated when it comes to complying with the documentary requirements. If you are supplying goods against a Letter of Credit, please contact us for advice to ensure that you can comply with the terms. We will be pleased to handle all aspects of the documentation whether we are shipping the order or not.

Consular Documents

Many Countries in the Middle East require documents such as Certificates of Origin and Invoices to be Legalised by their Embassy or Consulate in the UK . These requirements vary from country to country and can be complex and expensive. We will provide you with details of the required documentation and can complete many of the forms on your behalf. We will then arrange for them to be submitted to the Embassy and returned to you when complete.

ATA Carnets

ATA Carnets are issued by Chambers of Commerce and are effectively a Passport for goods being exported temporarily from the UK for Professional Use, as Samples, or for use at Exhibitions and Trade fairs. Not all Countries accept their use but we will provide full details on request.
